He provided us with various design proposals and talked us through them from types of doors to handles and colours. At any point there was no hard sale leaving us free to make our decision. The booking process was so smooth too. The guys who came to do the delivery were amazing and took everything up so carefully. The fitter Bob is the most amazing carpenter and made design decisions on the day which left us with more practical use of space and we couldn’t be happier with the overall process and quality of work! “I desperately needed a new mattress so visited Dreams in Oldbury, Birmingham. I was met by Andy who, after finding out what I was looking for, showed me to the machine which showed which type I would need. After her gave me a pillow, he showed me the different mattresses and asked me to lie down on each, not just sit on them. I was a bit indecisive but with his help I came to a decision. During all of this Andy was really helpful and professional.When I had decided which to buy, he showed me to A table to complete the sale with Rob. Rob was really friendly and helped me through the process with ease. Meanwhile, Andy offered Coffee and even provided biscuits.Overall, my experience, an experience I was actually rather dreading, was made enjoyable by both Andy and Rob. I came away happy I had gone there.I would recommend this store to anyone.”

“Hadn't been here for years but needed wallpaper for our spare bedroom. Got some mural type paper at a greatly reduced price. Not a massive selection to choose from but OK for us this time.The store us bright and with the upstairs area has a good range of household items. Good car parking. Shame it can be awkward getting onto the busy motorway island.”

“I have a Kuba solid oak cupboard. It's a good construction and looks nice. There was problem with a couple of handles/screws which weren't holding well and I reported it after a year. They sorted it out very quickly and efficiently sending replacements. I'm really happy with their customer service. They responded quickly, no need to chase them. I'd happily use them again.”

Everything went swimmingly, except the time I almost slipped into the frozen goods aisle and bashed my head on the side.
