Booked an appointment over a week in advance for a contraceptive consultation. Arrived bang on time and was abruptly told the pharmacists were busy, and it would be a 15 minute wait. After 30 minutes of waiting I spoke to a different assistant who stated they did not have a pharmacist available to conduct the necessary...

Called and spoke to Tian at this pharmacy after speaking to 111 and 2 other pharmacy’s. Tian was really helpful and went out of her way to get my prescriptions sorted. Credit to the company!
