Popped in to an empty Costa at 7am with a well trained dog for takeaway coffee. Every costa so far we have had no issues. "Up to the managers discretion and we don't allow dogs"
Wife grabbed the coffee and it was bad.

Bad service, they treated me and my daughter rude today because we had a puppy in a pram.
We only wanted to order and go but they threw us outside, and it?s minus temperature today.. and then we only get half cup of coffee do almost £5.
So rude .. :(
No information on the entrance that it is not a pet friendly place?

I walked in and ordered a hot chocolate. Finished it, and came back a few minutes later. After resting for a while, a lady walked up to me and said, "Are you buying? If you are not buying, I'm gonna have to ask you to leave." I left immediately and probably never coming back. This is not the kind of hostility I expect from a Costa cofee, but then, it may be person dependent.

Popped in on Friday and it was as if the place was being run by children. The staff were trying to wipe things of their hands onto each others faces while shouting, "that's disgusting". I'm not sure what it was but beings as they were coming from the back room, where I assume food is prepared, I'm very happy I only had a coffee. Will not return!

Came in today for a coffee after my nail appointment with my little brother. He is five and was desperate for the toilet therefore i asked the woman if i could get the code for the toilet as the little one needed it and said that i would be buying a drink after he had been. They refused to give me the code for the toilet for a child despite me buying drinks and food after! I think it is ridiculous that you refuse a child needing the toilet! Also the staff seemed rude and like they couldn?t be bothered.

We had amazing cuppa when we visited. Service was amazing. Food was hot and my chai latte was made perfect. We will 100% go again.

Costa, Churchill centre Dudley, never again,the manager has an attitude problem, he would only let me have one milk, the only Costa I've been to where you are limited to milk.
