4 staff on all chatting. No interest in customers.Everything seemed such an effort too busy talking about their night out or where they were going.Too many staff on in the morning. When I asked where sugar was for My guest. Just gotta attitude err there! Not good enough

Great to see the winter range of special drinks back at Costa. Dudley is a nice branch with quite a bit of space, clean, atmospheric and always very good coffee. Particularly good service today from Zoe.
