Spend a lot of money in here and PROMISED the more you spend the more reward points you get, this is not the case, even after the reward card is scanned the points do not go on, am I the only one to notice this ? Majority of the staff need a personality transplant. There were 4 chatting with each other by the medicine shelf so I said excuse me the one turned round, rolled her eyes and then she moved - they carried on with their conversation which was about another member of staff that they didn't like.
