I am leaving Santander asap. With the working hours and reductions of staff not really seeing the point of not being with Nationwide or an online bank. I cannot believe it's so hard to deal with a bank anymore. Sad days ahead ?

It is a totally paranoid bank. I pay for some suppliers for over 10 years in total millions pounds. But it asked me code to pay. I gave codes. After this confirmation Y or N. I confirmed.
