Terrible service, made an order via their partner service Deliveroo. Main component of the order cancelled without being offered an alternative. Spoke with customer service they failed to offer a solution. I had to go and collect from the store after paying them a delivery fee- totally inconvenient

This Sainsbury's is like most others but the layout had me all confused in this store, also a lot of the prices are a lot more expensive than Tesco's that I normally use! Which is a shame as I have always liked the quality, but using more scarcely now
