“Nice vetinary clinic. Very professional and helpful staff. My only dislike was that my kitty wasn't seen at the appointment time we were given, so I had to wait in the waiting area for over an hour with an unhappy kitten and a very bored and angry toddler.”

“Me and my family visited today to get some treats for our dogs birthday, and the girl who served us at the tills (Saffey I think her badge said but I couldn't get a good look, but she has great tattoos!) was absolutely sensational , she made a member of our family so happy with how she interacted with her. She was so sweet and told us all about her lurchers, Toast and Twigglet! She's an absolute star and a real treasure for your store. Girl deserves a raise! And some treats for her pups!”

“As a non-pet owner, the smell of animal products is difficult to overcome. But they have a fantastic collection of birds which you can go in and view. I take my little one often to see the birds and he really enjoys viewing them. The staff are really friendly. You are free to view the birds as long as you want! I will still carry on visiting.”

“I had a good visit to the Coventry store today and although I didn’t get to purchase what I wanted there the lady kindly helped me to find the boots I needed via click and collect.Very happy with the service I received.The shop looks like it carries a lot of stock of everything you need for a hiking adventure.”

“Nice friendly estate with a decent local pub and shops. Occasional reports of local teens being a nuisance in communal areas. The area opposite the shops is still an eyesore (wasteland) and the council or private management company usually take their sweet time mowing the lawns and doing repairs, but other than that a lovely neighborhood.”

“Took my dog in to get his claws cut first time & he wasn’t bad behaved , bit concerned at what was happening around his paws but the assistant was so proffesional & quickly got all his claws cut without a fuss . Very patient staff , my dog even got a treat . Next I took him to get weighed he wasn’t having any of it it’s a bottom drawer that pulls out with a weighing machine attached . The security guard & weighing lady both did everything ti get the dog on the scales , put treats on them & still no good , they didn’t give up though & eventually got my dog on the weighing scale ? every member of staff in the store was dog friendly & professional . My do was wagging his tail at them all . 59 Kg weight & short claws I will definitely go back again .”
