Prices are very reasonable for what we need, staff are friendly.Biggest issue i have with this store is as soon as you walk in you are greeted with such a unpleasant smell of dried animal body parts for dogs, i can't see how it passes any hygienic or health and safety laws as it's out in the open and never covered up.Secondly...

The customer service at this store is amazing. All of the staff go out of their way to help, advise and reassure you with all of your pet's needs, Thank you for helping me today with the electronic dog tag engraving machine, love the new collars leads and tags too the boys look very smart.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The manager was especially knowledgeable when I asked about foods/supplements to help with my cat and her itchy skin. He took time to explain all my questions, great experience. I will be returning today to buy some more provisions for my lovely cat. ?
