Overheard a member of your team Emma Bloomer helping a customer locate an item and ask for advice, just wanted to say how helpful and caring she was, it was nice to hear and watch a young person be so considerate. Well done Emma ?

Lovley stuff in the shop however we cut our visit short due to a rather rude shop assistant seemingly following us around the store. We were shopping for duvets and was asked if anything we had was to be put behind the counter even though we hadn’t really decided what we wanted . Popped in to collect a parcel and a lovely lady call Isha was on hand to assist, very polite and welcoming and made the collection quick and easy
