“My girlfriend's vape broke today becuase it got dropped. We didnt know this at the point of entering the shop. Mike assisted with having a look at the vape.I brought a new vape from Mike but OMG the service he provided was better than anything I ever received. He treated me like I was his best friend. “Great experience in here today. Popped in hoping that an item which is saying out of stock online. may be available. Staff went above and beyond looking for me with no joy. Taken to the till to see if it could be ordered to my home which was possible so I was super happy as I really didn’t want to go back again tomorrow. Lovely lady couldn’t do enough, didn’t think to catch her name but very helpful as was the other lady. Well done Next!!!”
