Had a ver negative experience whilst trying to withdraw my own money. Keira the lady serving me clearly treated me differently being the only white male in the store. Complaints were made, and escalated. I?ve just had a follow up call explaining that either my camera footage is lying, or Cleo the manager is lying. I?ve dealt with Cleo before and had very good experiences. It?s very sad that she has chosen to lie to protect her staff.

Never enough staff on (& they only have 2 counters). Something is always broken eg. Paying in machine, printer, uploading data. Long queues. There are a couple of nice staff. Gone downhill over the years. Best branch was by Market entrance but that shut down.

One of the staff is telling that we can't use our documents to apply for a bank so they ask us to use letter from GP then when I have letter they say I can use my council tax letter but cannot use letter from just waisted my money and time with incompetent staff who is working there wasted my 30pounds for letter from gp and 20 pounds on taxi
DONT OPEN BANK ACCOUNT IN THIS BRANCH INCOMPETENT

Extremely slow. Waited over 20 minutes in a 3 person queue while one worker on a closed desk just sat there and stared into space. Gave up in the end

Went to the help desk to ask a quick question- a bit too in your face and over helpful.A happy medium always works well. Appreciate if a customer is clearly telling you they must go!

no one works at the customer bench yesterday I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and when they are already working there is no competence. Ok they don't want my money it's hard I can handle it I won't cry

They were closed at 1pm on a Saturday day, when the official close time is 3pm. They probably out the shutter down and went to the pub ?.
