On hold for over 40 mins with noone answering and just needed to get/ order meds.

I ordered online and the package was not properly done. The body lotion exploded and all the items were covered in it. I sent an email and they told me bring it back or go to the Royal post office. The worst customer care ever!

In pharmacy side need to look inside because the staff there told me today that I can't return baby or change . Because I made a mistake yesterday to buy 6- 12 month baby food when I am supposed to buy infant food . That staff was wrong. This is first time I see a store of supermarket like boot that you can't return .... read full comment
