I was in here a couple of weeks ago and just want to say I had exceptional service from Insha and Lydia. I shop here about three times a week and there are some great staff including the petrol ladies in the booth, and customer service. Just wanted to say thank you

There plenty of parking, with disability spaces and electric charging points. The shelves were well stocked the store was clean and tidy. And there was a good mix of all household items as well as groceries.

Went into Tesco brownhills today and the black lady that served me was very rude and unpleasant please don’t get a job in customer service if you can’t treat customers in a friendly manner.
