Absolutely awful service waited over 2 hours for food that was cold as had been sat there for hours. Rang twice and was offered a free cookie as compensation and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and would not listen to anything I was trying to say. Absolutely awful customer service, definitely avoid.

Absolutely disgusting service and even worse attitudes. Ordered off Uber eats selected no salad or sauce, food come 1 hour 15 later full of salad and sauce. Called to say order was wrong , they apologised and said the correct order would be sent out. 1 hour later called to see where food was to be told it was my mistake and they won?t be sending a sandwich. Woman got arsey on the phone when I explained it was a problem with Uber eats and wasn?t interested in making right there mistakes. Shocking service and rest assured we won?t be returning. Jokers

My order took over an hour to arrive and the delivery driver said he was late because it was raining? Extremely unprofessional, didn?t seem to care at all.

Ordered through Just Eat. Added a note for no cheese. Called as I suspected their incompetence. Mentioned that I wanted no cheese twice and guess what? Cheese. Absolute idiots. Don't go here, eat something off the floor instead.

There was so little salad in the box we could see the box bottom through the sparce lettuce! There was one slice of tomato! The bread was stale on the foot long sub. They said they were too busy to fill the salad boxes and blames the stale bread on being toasted which it was not. No refund given! Do not go there! Too expensive for a couple of lettuce leaves!

The delivery guy likes to take a piss outside ur house after delivering, the manger came back with to clean it up afterwards.. safe to say won't be ordering again

Ordered through Dilveroo, order came but was missing an item. Tried to dispute the issue by calling Subway, customer service was awful, super unhelpful and promised to call back once the lady had resolved the issue. No call back, I phoned back again to ask for an update and the lady promised the delivery driver would come back to re-delivery the missing item. It has been an hour now. No call back No apology No delivery driving No refund. Be careful to check your order is all there before their delivery man leaves. Won't be ordering again.
