THEY NEED HAIRNETS!!!Came in here and there was a couple of very polite girls, but they had waist length ponytails with no hair nets. Can never get the order right ask for toasted and it comes absolutely freezing like it's straight out the fridge not toasted and always have stuff missing

More fool us for continuing to use this awful store. They have never got an order completely right for us, and we will without a doubt be driving the extra 5 minutes to Aldridge Subway from now on, who are actually capable of making a sub.The past two times we have been, they have given us ham instead of turkey.
