Popped in for a few essentials this afternoon, the girl who served me was quite rude and off putting, made me feel very unwelcome. Highly disappointed as I regularly shop here.

Had my ears pierced today by Liv. She was so friendly yet professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. Will definitely be returning to get my 2nds done.
