I had my daughters 7th birthday party there Sunday. The staff were friendly and very helpful both when calling in and on the actual day. I can't remember the party leaders name but she was great! The whole thing was perfect and my daughter & her friends had a great time!

Sooo loud on a Saturday and school holidays during a kids party, but as long as you avoid busy periods, it's a nice big open space with stock displayed so I can easily reach it and as I'm a wheelchair user that's great. I presume the racks are lower down to appeal to children? Which suits me fine.Cute clothes for your bears....
