Usually have what I need, and can usually check online to see if it's in stock. Not the biggest but that makes it easy to get around. Staff are helpful and can usually find the answer to queries and help with big items. Decent prices.

Came over at 1825 and needed a jumbo bag of sand, only to be told that they've already locked up and wont load the bag on. I can understand 5-10minutes before closing but 35 minutes before closing is a bit of a joke

Extremely poor customer service, I understand it?s a busy store and having worked in retail, but no excuse for the lack of customer care and dismissive attitude. There?s plenty of people who would be 10x better at the job. Another huge letdown is the lack of trolleys (ended up leaving after 20 mins with nothing of what I came in for) which staff stated was due to them being stolen?

If you go at the weekend the lines are long, they're often out of stock of many things, the paint machine has not been working in the several times I've tried to get paint over several years and there's no out of order sign so you're just left waiting and wasting time.

Avoid! Nasty parking charge, it is automatic scan £60 for staying over limit. Think twice what you want to do beforehand even you are disable. Nothing to eat or snack in the shop. Limited help, hard to find someone to help, the shop looks like going to be closed.

I did not like the attitude of the cashers on the right hand side. Both of them were busy talking to each other, did not bother to reply to customers and not even look at the customers while talking to them.
This happened on Sunday 15-06, around 1:20 pm
