Went into today to click and collect, couldn’t collect item because a PIN code was not sent, . I was waiting to be served by sales assistant, but she couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge me and served two customers who came afterwards so then I joined the other till to be served by another sales assistant. !

Not the best service, will not be returning either. i have been in here at least 100 times over the years and you can never get any help. When you do ask only a handful of staff are aware of the products, it's always best for me to ask the security guard who always points out staff.Wickes clearly uses a very tight wage... read full comment
