The staffs at this branch are untrained especially the Indian female staff. Very sarcastic. They look at faces to give new contract rates.I had the worst experience ever when I visited them yesterday. I do not recommend anyone to do business at this branch

The worst and the most rude untrained staff at this branch. Pathetic and ridiculous customer service, very very rude and not even interested in business for what they are paid for, infact chasing away customers walking in for Voda. I visited the Vodafone store in Kings Heath today and spoke to indie, had a great experience. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. She answered all my questions and made everything easy to understand. I’m really happy with the service I received. Great customer service!!
