Very bad experience, got in and the guy said the till closes by 4pm but it says 5pm on their website. A a waste of time

Went in the other morning. I found the staff to be very rude to all customers waiting. They had an alarm go off before opening, instead of telling us what was happening because we have busy days aswell we got a women mumble something. ATMs on the outside and machines on the inside. An actual branch with actual people for staff. A rare sight these days. Good work TSB branch.
