We recently visited the Three store in Bullring, Birmingham, and unfortunately had a very poor experience with two members of staff — Jay and Jack.

Friendly and helpful. Just went in to get a new SIM card (recommended by tech support, because my original Three card is 12 years old) and it was all sorted in 5 minutes. Nice job :-)
