The older 2 ladies who work here should not be on together during prime time. They can't handle it when they have a queue of more than 3 people and they're also needed at self checkout. They should have someone younger on with them. Both looked fed up! So much for service with a smile!

If you use the self service checkouts and you need assistance be prepared to wait a long time for a worker to assist. Nobody monitors it. The amount of times I've stood there waiting whilst the workers are just having a nice chat amongst themselves is ridiculous. Especially the old woman.
