They have to have the worst value for money online ordering in the UK for any retailer. £4.99 for delivery. £4.99 for return MINIMUM! I'll never shop online with them again.

Bald manager was rude, unhelpful & lied about expiry date on store credit receipt. Hostile in interaction. Poor manager, store needs new leadership in order to thrive.

Well won't be going back, staff what staff hardly anyone there to help you, totally disorganised, nowhere to sit and try anything on or I person taking up whole 4 seats cause they had bags, was told my size for specific shoe not in but someone else found them in my size.
