WORST dentist I?ve ever been to ruined my teeth, fillings fell out a few months later went to a different dentist and he was shocked at the way they did it making the holes way bigger than they needed and then filling them with a material he said it was the cheapest type and is usually only used as a temporary so bad that don?t even use it at all in their surgery stay away if you want to preserve your teeth

Too busy. Been calling since 9am and no answer up to now nearly 1pm ?user busy?. It?s gone from decent to very poor service in a short space of 6 months.

Poor service. Totally unprofessional. forget about booking an appointment over the phone. Never your call will be answered or you will be on hold for life long. Disgusting health professionals.

The dentists need a refresher course on how to write prescriptions. I?ve been back and forth between dentist and pharmacy because dentist doesn?t understand that they need to specify the quantity dose on the prescription. Pretty basic stuff.

I had an appointment at 5 and was told by the receptionist that there'd be a queue of patients and that I had to wait really long rubbish service and the receptionist was intimidating then they band me for speaking up.

Absolutely not recommend waste of time in this. Worst dental ever. Rude staff cut the phone off without responding.

Good staff however appointment waiting time is much longer than supposed to be.Should be around 30 minutes gap between each appointment so people do not have to wait for long

Rang for an emergency appointment and where given one for 10 days later. Called 111 to seek advice and were told they have a duty of care to provide one within 48 hours. Rang back and we?re given nothing sooner.Took a month for my mother in law to get an appointment, then two separate dentists attempted to pull out her tooth before telling her they couldn?t do it. And gave her another appointment 2 months later. Reception is usually run by teenagers who sadly don?t seem to be trained

I was taken off the list due to the receptionist attitude towards me I have been left now without a dentist for over a year and I?mIn serious pain everyday I want to sue them and I want to put further more that the dentist drilled holes in my teeth and destroyed teeth that didn?t need any treatment they are bogus dentist money grabbers and I will expose them for what they have done.
