Too busy. Been calling since 9am and no answer up to now nearly 1pm ‘user busy’. It’s gone from decent to very poor service in a short space of 6 months.

Poor service. Totally unprofessional. forget about booking an appointment over the phone. Never your call will be answered or you will be on hold for life long. Disgusting health professionals.
