I’m writing to share my experience during a recent visit to the Kings Heath shop. I approached an older staff member and politely asked for a receipt. When I didn’t hear a response, I repeated the request—again, politely—assuming she may not have heard me the first time.

Absolutely ridiculous experience, on 01/01/2025 at the Kings Heath branch, which I will be taking further with Peacocks HR. Wanted to return a £10 bag that was in original condition with a receipt, literally a simple less than 5 minute transaction. But no.
