Went in on Saturday, had the pleasure to be seen by Francesco have to say the best customer service, nothing was to much trouble… thank you for a great service. Lloyds would benefit from getting you to deliver training to all your staff around the country ?

Lloyds at northfield took my credit card payment twice. Then they sent me a text saying DD won't be paid. I went in, they had no idea which DD hadn't been paid. They agreed they had taken my money twice but. Has far as I can find out they havntpaid my money back to my account. They didn't want to sort it. None of the 5... read full comment
