I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an incident that occurred at your store earlier today. After completing my purchase, the staff member an older white lady who processed my payment did not provide me with a carry bag for my items. always take a receipt because they can't look back in their system to see your purchase. I asked for a different flavor of creatine and the store associate brought out a different product which I didn't notice until I was about to use it at home. now I'm stuck with it.
