“I have cancer and have been having chemo. I have lost 80% of my hair and yesterday I picked out my wig. Much shorter than my own hair. I was walking past the salon today and thought I’m going to see if they will cut my hair. I didn’t have an appointment so it was a long shot. As expected they were fully booked. I was a little disheartened but I didn’t really expect anything else.Next thing I know Lonzi is waving at me to come back. He has had a cancellation and could chop off my hair. Not going to lie, I cried…because now it’s real and my long hair was going and that means there’s no hiding from the fact I am sick. Lonzi was so kind, so supportive, so patient and I have never felt like I was in better hands! He did the most wonderful cut and he made me feel like a friend was cutting it off. “Honestly one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Extremely lovely staff. Walked in on a spontaneous moment of me knowing I haven't had my hair cut for the past six months. Normally quite scared before I get my hair cut but was immediately made very comfortable as I walked through the door. I've had lots of bad haircut experiences having a double crown. Normally I leave dissapointed and hating my hair but this time I walked out feeling confident. If you have the same issue with a double crown and it being 50/50 if it will turn out okay, I strongly suggest this hairdressers. The staffs knowledge of cutting hair is sublime. 10/10 will be coming back to get my haircut again.”

“Booked in last minute as they had a cancellation which was a miracle in itself. The stylist was unfortunately unwell and Andy had contacted everyone with appointments at 5am (popped into the salon to be ensure everyone was updated which is incredible service). Arrived at the salon for my appointment with the stylist that was unwell (no fault of their own my service provider is terrible and the message failed to send). Andy was incredibly apologetic even though this was beyond anyones control and offered to book me in at a later date (I was unavailable for a few weeks) and he had his own appointment with another client at the same time as my appointment with Leigh.Offered a dry cut if I was okay with that, (definitely was as I needed my hair neatened up and was limited on time).The cut was so fast and amazing, also learned a lot about Andy in that short time and such an amazing person! Very approachable and personal and in general a great experience despite the circumstances (which the salon did everything to rectify prior to my visit and during).Really happy with the service, Andy went above and beyond to accommodate me despite the unfortunate circumstances and will definitely be back as soon as I can for other services. Can't fault the service or team members they obviously work hard and are very committed to what they do, exceptional service 10/10”
