Walked into this EE store ( Kings heath) today to enquire about a dongle and was helped by this very kind, helpful and excellent staff member called Nathan. He took time with us and explained all the options and went out of his way for us . Also i have ended up treating myself with a lovely phone and gave me great deals...

Very helpful knowledgeable staff and I was served promptly. Much better than trying to choose a device by looking at the website.
