I came to this store within opening hours today and it was shut. No sign to explain why they shut early nothing! Now I’m left with no signal until tomorrow.

Needed a replacement phone. Went in to be told they dont sell phones only. I was told need to buy online. So whats the point of this store then?

Shop closes at 8pm in the week. I am stood outside at 6:45pm and the shop is closed. Many people are confused. Got a brand new phone ordered to store and now I can’t collect it. Make it make sense
