I went for lost sim and they sold me new contract and did PAC code without my consent to get a good deal. They also added phone insurance without my consent and they had no stock of phone that I wanted and send me to collect different store. I had to call customer service for two days to cancel the insurance.

Never go to the store in the Swan Shopping Centre. Only interested in you if your looking to purchase a product. If you have a problem they don't want to know and just tell you to phone customer service. Twice that has happened to me.
