Assisted by Mitch who was covering from the nottingham store. Was very helpful and provided great advice as we didn’t know the different facets to diamonds and their colour, clarity etc. the store itself was clean and of a very high quality. Would definitely go again.

I was met by Jordane in store today , She was by far the most polite , helpful and patient person I spoke to today. There were a few products around the jewellery district that I was interested in however it was definitely jordane’s persona that brought me back to purchase from this store.
