I popped in to pay a bill at the Post Office. The postmistress refused to check the amount that I was paying, sighting it was always right and she will do so later. I insisted she checked the amount. As she checked it, she made unhelpful remarks in front of other customers which I felt was highly unprofessional.I struggle... read full comment
