Just as rubbish as telephone banking. Kept waiting in a queue even though not busy.

Went in with an obscure request (to revive a lost account via a Smile chequebook and ID, impossible over the phone after a couple of hours of trying). Got a new account number and instructions on what to do next in about five minutes. So happy, thanks!

My wife and I have banked here for 12 years, but my wife has not been allowed to withdraw cash ( managers instructions )? We have made the decision to change banks, and have opened a new account with a different bank.
