Three security staff on the door doing absolutely nothing? I?m from London and haven?t even seen that many in a Barclays Bank in London! Two members of staff on the counter having a 20 minute chat with an elderly customer. Whilst there?s a que of 10 people waiting to be served. Pathetic branch. Should be closed down.
