“I went into the branch with a lot of anxiety about my online banking app and needing a new card, but Dean made it feel effortless. He had everything sorted so quickly and efficiently that I was genuinely shocked – and he still managed to be warm, polite, and friendly the whole time.

The only downside is that he did everything so well I probably won’t need to come into the branch again! He’s saved me so much time and inconvenience, which in turn saves me money. Too bad I didn't get her name it was between 7 to 8pm. She needs to get recognised don't come across many people in retail who go above and beyond to provide an exceptional service, I didn't even buy anything from there. On 26th June @ 00:29 guy refused to release the pump pointing to the night pay sign repeatedly after I already paid at pump. Usually have good experience but this guy was not great”

“The manager was very helpful when I spoke with him about an unpaid fuel incident. I would absolutely have argued this no way did I drive away without paying, he shared the CCTV & I did, I cant believe it, but I did.... always ask to check CCTV for peace of mind.
