Staff are brilliant, however this is the 2nd time in a week where I’ve walked the 40 minute journey to get a drink and sit by the river and there’s no ice. This is obviously not the staff’s fault but they will end up getting the flack for whoever isn’t coming out to fix the machine and that’s not fair on them... read full comment
