Room was very cold on arrival, and family and friends had the same experience,bath and sink plugs missing, air conditioning no warm air so an extra oil filled radiator provided .

Only went in for a chocolate and chat. Not overly impressed with staff. Doesn't accept cash, ridiculous. Not everyone has credit/debit cards. I do have cards but I choose to keep some privicy from information you collect. Hence the comment I'm making. service was amazing and food was great especially breakfast , traffic can be bad in the area at times and parking here is actually quite difficult and I got sent a parking fine even though I'd told them my reg .room was lovely allthough the provided Ethernet was broken at the port in the wall .
