“Visited today Sunday 2nd of July. Arrived to be totally ignored by bar staff. I was first at the bar and the barmaid decided to serve the chap next to me who arrived after, as they were old buddies! I walked straight out, but was convinced by my gf to go back in! Barmaid again served a chap who was after me first. Decided to stay and ordered two beef dinners and drinks. Food was v good, and Ben (if he’s not the bar manager he should be) gave us a complimentary drink after I complained about earlier. Ben was very busy but was very attentive and his service and manners were impeccable. We tipped Ben , unfortunately the tips are shared as the barmaid deserved zero. All in all a very nice pub with great food. Be careful of looking after the locals tho and ignoring walk ins! Well done Ben for great service and saving what would have been a walkout! Would have been 5 stars but the initial experience was not great! We will be back ?”

“This is a very well laid out Aldi. Clean and well stocked shelves. Staff were very helpful. Managed to get everything I needed for a very reasonable price. The filet steak is particularly good.”

“Lots of good shops available, big space, always get what I need ? good place to go for clothes, nik nacks, food, anything really. I work down the road and pop up quite regularly ? it has a little shelter if it's raining, to move round to the next shops.”

“Tremendous customer experience and the staff are absolutely brilliant, as always.I like the new self service check out facility. I know its not quite right for every customer but don't be rude to the front line staff if you don't like it.I heard a horrible remark to a member of staff who was only trying to be helpful with the new arrangement, to be told that she would be made redundant!! “Huge selection, great prices, everything an asda does but food. Even have nappies and baby food and lots of clothes and homewear and toys. Usually a decent queue at the tills though”

“Been shopping here since 2005 and I love Morrisons. The staff are always friendly and helpful, unlike our awful Tesco's up Birmingham Road. The Nutmeg clothing range is great value and a fan of their The Best food range as well. Recently the Party shop has closed, not sure what they are replacing that with.”
