The b&m store could be more organised and keep drinks with drinks and make sure that no one puts food or toys in the wrong section I've found that every time I go there is one item in the entirely wrong place.

One Star ? Really Poor Experience
I recently visited the B&M store in Stratford-upon-Avon and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I was hit by an awful smell ? it genuinely smelt like sweat, which made the whole shopping trip feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.
The store itself was very dark and poorly lit, which didn?t help the overall atmosphere. It felt more like a warehouse than a place to shop. Stock was everywhere ? left in the aisles, piled up in corners, and just generally disorganised. The shelves were an absolute mess, with items all over the place and very little order. It felt like no one had tidied or restocked properly in a long time.
To make matters worse, most of the prices were incorrect or missing, which made it hard to know what anything actually cost. I found myself having to guess or try to find someone to ask ? and when I did find staff, they didn?t seem particularly helpful or interested.
Only one till was open, which created a long queue. While I was waiting, other customers were pushing in front of me with no consideration, and the staff did absolutely nothing to manage the situation. There was no control, no customer service, and no sense that the staff cared about the experience people were having.
Overall, it felt like the store was being run with no care or attention. I left feeling frustrated, unimpressed, and like I had completely wasted my time. I won?t be going back to this branch again. The Evesham B&M is miles better ? cleaner, more organised, and the staff there actually seem to care.

Staff were extremely rude. Came in for puppy pads, saw a staff member carrying them from the warehouse to the till. Looked around for the stand and couldn?t find them so I asked the lad at the till where they were and he told me they were by the pet food which I?d already checked and they weren?t there, only the small packs. I told him this and he was adamant they were definitely there so I went back down and they weren?t there, so I asked the staff member who I?d seen carrying a pack to which he replied ?we don?t do that offer anymore? I informed him I didn?t mind about the offer, I just wanted the product, he asked how many I wanted and went to fetch me a pack. He came round the corner, I smiled and said thank you and he shoved the product into my hands aggressively and stormed off without a word. I then went to pay at the till where the young lad said ?found it where I told you then? I told him that it was in fact not on the shop floor and in the warehouse like I had originally asked and he completely ignored me and spoke rudely during the transaction. My partner asked if he was having a good day and he just mumbled and threw everything down. Very rude staff, I can see now why it was so empty.

Advertising open till 6pm ,I went on Saturday at 5pm and there were 2 chairs at the counter and two foreign girls saying closed !

I find this store to be an Aladins cave for buying stuff you didn't know you needed. A real temptation for a shopperholic. Good quality products at come and bye me prices. Helpful staff.

Huge and lots to see, however paying and getting out is a nightmare! Maybe it's my anxiety, but it's very overwhelming. Once the lines get so long, you're in the shipping aisles, and this happens every time we've gone. People squeezing around each other. Only ever seen 2 people on the tills max.
