I wrote complaining about missing items from a water butt. I took the butt back to B&M and a very nice young man not only took it from my car, proceeded to get a replacement, organised a new receipt and took the new one to my car. What amazing customer service, come looking for aero milky bar and they was not out and claire went and found them and come looking around the store to find us to say she had found them. Thank you so much
