I rarely write reviews, however I must praise my local B&Q Stratford Upon Avon. The staff are so helpful, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing but disappointment, never have everything you need, they stock multifinish, drywall adhesive, why not to store hardwall too, every time I come there for something I need to go elsewhere to get rest of the stuff, you have stuff on your website why not to stock it in every shop, they constantly send me to B&Q in Redditch,... read full comment

Amazing service at B&Q I went in on Saturday they couldn’t do enough to help me, I was struggling with the trolley as it had a mind of its own & the chap offered to wheel it to the till for me, then the staff on the till was really friendly and offered to take my purchase to the car!!!
