“We came in on two occasions as we’ve recently brought our first house and needed a bunch of decorating supplies but didn’t know what we’d need.

We were greeted by paddy both times and he was A LEGEND! He couldn’t help us enough, made sure none of our questions seeemed idiotic (they def probably were) and was open and honest about what we needed and what would we be a nice to have. We will come back alone just because of paddy who couldn’t have been more helpful!”

“Visiting from Australia, this bookshop reminded me of some that have now gone from the larger cities - an eclectic range and sometimes eccentric organisation. This ensures the casual visitor can spend several hours with their head in a book on a subject completely unrelated to their reason for visiting (this is a good thing). Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Nice that their is a tea shop inside, too.”

“This is a lovely store and one of my favourite Whittard stores. The customer service was genuinely friendly and helpful and it was great that we could try several different drinks before buying. “I rarely write reviews, however I must praise my local B&Q Stratford Upon Avon. The staff are so helpful, extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Following my wife's passing a few years ago I have had to learn about gardening ! The advice and guidance that Tricia has given me has been immeasurable. My garden is now blooming ! When we have some sunshine this weekend I will take a couple of pics to show Tricia when I next pop in. I've bought many other items in B&Q and have highly reccomended your store to my builder good friends who have done likewise. Many thanks indeed. See you all soon.”

“I guess this is a non-food outlet. I've never seen one before. Lots of clothes, home, garden, toys, etc. Nice little cafe on the upper floor, that overlooks the retail park.”

“Nice shop, well laid out and the staff are really nice. I visit often to find more goodies to add to my vast book collection. Not too bad price wise - theres definitely worse in stratford but some books I've found to be expensive, maybe they are valuable i don't know but im certainly not spending £20 on a second hand book. Overall though a great shop and definitely recommend a visit”
