I wish I could give them 0/5 stars. My Nan had no one turn up for a double handed, bed bound call twice in a day. Rang the office 33 times and left a VM with no response. Avoid this 'care' company at all costs, they seem to care more for maximising their profits than their service users or their carers!Their carers regularly don't turn up when expected (early morning call apparently means between 0800 & 1130), their office staff simply fob you off when asked for updates on attendance times... read full comment
