Afte getting rid of this appalling agency ,after starving my aunty for 5 days ,then my aunty fainting for lack of eating just being given meds ,then to add insult to injury ,blaming the actual family member ,also stealing her mail to give to their overlord ,adult social care ,will escalate this with quality care commission .and they are still allowed to operate to care for your loved ones ,sneaky , underhanded company ,avoid ,

I wish I could give them 0/5 stars. My Nan had no one turn up for a double handed, bed bound call twice in a day. Rang the office 33 times and left a VM with no response. Ended up opening a safeguarding due to my Nan being in her soiled and wet pad for over 12 hours. Disgusting attitude when contacted, care workers are vile also. Shocking to see some responses on these reviews also.

Avoid this 'care' company at all costs, they seem to care more for maximising their profits than their service users or their carers!Their carers regularly don't turn up when expected (early morning call apparently means between 0800 & 1130), their office staff simply fob you off when asked for updates on attendance times "I don't have access to the schedule" and they never follow up on messages left on the answering serviceTheir carers appear to be working 0600-2200 shifts with far too many calls on their schedule to cover properlyThe 6 week arrangement to assist with my wife's needs was terminated by the NHS after 4 weeks due to their inadequate and far from professional service which was actually causing more stress rather than assisting with her careThe have yet to collect their care logs which despite being what I assume are accountable documents were only filled out occasionally by the carersIn my opinion this company is at best disorganised and badly managed.Not even worthy of a one star rating from our experience

Not even worth one star! Very bad care agency. They don't turn up, when managers are contacted, they fob you off with the carers are on their way. They will then turn up sometime after, or not at all. They will send a male if females only have been agreed. They mostly enter the client's homes in groups of 3+ where 1 or 2 are usually just stood around. They do not care. They are so rushed with way too much work put onto them. That they can not possibly complete if filling the correct care call times. The carers do not have time to spend with the clients. It's a quick 10 minute visit that should be half an hour or an hour call. The carers do not do what the client wants. It's what the carers want to do or have time to do. Down to refusing to make something, and demand they have what the carer can be bothered to make. They charge a ridiculous hourly rate for nothing more than a disaster of care. Still charge when their carers don't turn up too, even if they cancel the calls. DO NOT receive care from this agency. You will not get what is promised.

DO NOT USE !!! Staff not hoist trained even tho managers are saying they are not wearing correct uniform not wearing PPE some do but not correctly unless you like your chin being covered they are making there staff work 6am till end of bed time thats after 10pm with no breaks if you value your loved ones do not use this company refuse them please

My Dad was left in his day clothes that weren't clean put in care plan book he refused any help getting ready for bed he didn't refuse..when they do give him a wash it is a quick flick over then chuck the flannel in the sink..bed not made up..absolutely disgusting the way they have treated my dad..care worker not bothered about my dad's wellbeing at all..it all boils down to money less time spent with my dad the more time the carers have to go and be very quick with the next client..disgusting care agency avoid at all costs.
