Staff ignore customers and the self check out machine is complicated and faulty.
With non-existent customer service no wonder the high street is in decline. This is an example of everything that has gone wrong. Avoid if you can.

This is located inside the entrance to Rugby rail station. Bought a coffee priced £3.75 which I think is vastly overpriced. Quality was well rubbish. Dont bother with this place. Asked for the coffee without the plastic single use lid but was told no and the server blamed china and USA. No.idea why. McDonald's now use... read full comment
