“Went today to post an international parcel via DHL and the ladies working there were very friendly, helpful, patient, welcoming and customer oriented. The lady behind the counter was naturally eager to assist in filling my form & completing my paperwork. Her other colleague was nice and friendly. The Manager said hello as they carried on their work. The shop is neat, tidy, enough room between the aisles; the items are well displayed and easily accessible and overall very good first impression. I will go there again in future as it makes such a big difference to be greeted with a smile and kindness in a working environment... A great Thank you!”
